Anxious feelings can affect so many aspects of life and fill you with worry, nervousness and fear. Who needs that?
It’s tough when anxious feelings set in. My own feelings got to the point where they started interfering with my life. I was so focused on my worries and fears, that the distraction took me away from more important tasks.
This was an especially tough year for me. I moved across the country to be close to family only to move again a few months later when my family was transferred to yet another state!
Talk about stress and anxious feelings!
Turning to essential oils as a way to help with anxious feelings was an easy decision for me. I prefer not to use medication and use an alternate natural route.

Essential oils have been effective for me. There are many triggers for anxious feelings and each trigger is individual. What makes me feel that way, may not cause the same feelings for you.
All I know is that essential oils have helped me so much with my anxious feelings without the use of harmful prescription medications.
Lavender Essential Oil to Help anxious feelings
Lavender is my go-to oil, as it has so many uses. I always have multiple bottles of Lavender around.
In this instance, it can help with inner peace and relaxation. At night, if I still have leftover anxious feelings from the day, sleeping can be a problem. I use Lavender to help with that!
It has calming and relaxing properties that promote peaceful sleep and ease feelings of tension. What could be better than that?

doTERRA has a wonderful grounding blend named Balance. I went to the dentist this morning, one of my worst fears that produces high feelings of nervousness!
I used my Balance essential oil before I went to help reduce those anxious feelings. It really helped!

Have you ever had a nice cup of Chamomile tea before bed to help with sleep? Yep, it really helps!
Roman Chamomile essential oil supports calming effects for the skin, mind and body. This was important to me because when I have severe anxious feelings, I get skin rashes. I can then use the Chamomile oil to help calm that too!

Anxious feelings has many causes that are individual to each of us. There are many ways to help it, including the use of essential oils. I love a more natural approach to solving health issues and essential oils are a fabulous fit.
