Do you love a good night’s sleep? Me too but it doesn’t always come easily. I was happy to discover Deep Sleep Pillow spray.
I received it on my last visit to the Casper store to purchase another Casper pillow. I have the Casper bed too and it’s a dream to sleep in. I received a lovely gift bag for being a repeat customer that included:
- Deep Sleep Pillow spray
- Eye Mask
- This Book will Put you to Sleep – great gift for the insomniac!
The Deep Sleep Pillow spray was a wonderful addition to my arsenal of natural solutions to help me sleep. It combines ingredients, including Lavender, Chamomile & Vetiver that you can spritz onto your pillow and bedding.

Mine was running out and seemed a little pricey to purchase it on a monthly basis.
That’s when I discovered a do-it-yourself pillow sleep spray recipe.
Why Use DIY Pillow Sleep Spray
Making your own sleep spray brings the cost way down and you can customize the essential oils based on your preference.
If you already have essential oils, that’s even better. If you don’t have essential oils, you’ll need to spend a little on the oils but they’ll last through several refills of the sleep spray. Either way, you’ll save BIG!

Which Essential Oils are Best to Use for Sleep Spray?
Essential oils for relaxation are best. Here’s a few options that you can use to customize your spray.
Lavender essential oil is a must-have when creating an atmosphere perfect for bedtime or to calm the senses after a day of worry and rushing.
Vetiver is magical sleep aid and ideal for relaxation. The pleasant, but strong earthy, woody, smoky scent will help calm the mind and balance your mood.
Chamomile helps soothe the mind and body. The sweet, “green,” herbaceous apple-like scent will have you drifting off into a deep slumber.
Ylang ylang helps reduce everyday worry and calm.
Melissa helps leave you calm and ready to relax.
Clary Sage helps feel a wave of calm and drift off to sleep.
