5 – Diluting Essential Oils for Everyday Use
I usually dilute my essential oils with a carrier oil which helps to widen the surface area of application and slow the rate of absorption. I typically use about 3 to 4 drops of a carrier oil to one drop of essential oil. Learn more about that here.
