Our ability to stay focused is crucial to succeeding in all things like: work, hobbies, and everyday living. Regardless of age, the ability to stay focused is vital. It’s especially important in the early years, a time when children form habits.
I observe my grandkid’s attention spans and they seem to grow smaller and smaller by the day.
Distractions are everywhere, making it difficult to stay on task. Especially if you have a lot on your mind or are going through a tough situation.
I am preparing to move to another state after less than a year after moving cross-country! I was inspired to write this article because I am having trouble focusing too!
Improving Focus and Concentration with Essential Oils
I selected 5 essential oils that have helped me with concentration. In the past, I would have been drinking coffee all day which never worked out well!

Who doesn’t love the smell of Peppermint? It’s my afternoon delight that I use as midday pick-me-up to help improve my concentration. Sometimes in the afternoon I get a little tired with a touch of brain fog.
You can diffuse peppermint essential oil to enjoy the benefits. Your home will smell delightful too! You can also use it topically but should use a carrier oil with it.

There are many reasons that people lack focus and concentration. One of those is feeling discouraged. It’s harder to get things done when you lack confidence. It’s another distraction.
Self Esteem Synergy essential oils is a wonderful blend of essential oils to support confidence. When I feel better in that department, my concentration and focus improve!
